| Except where the holes are of course, I go around them. That way when it squishes it will flow out towards the sides. Having it all on the inside edge will have most of it squish out into the pan. As far as the rubber seals on the end. I only use a light coat on both sides of the seal. Don't really need much more as the seal itself provides the seal and the rtv isn't needed. I just use a light flim as a "just in case" type thing.
